February 23, 2011 wedding

laura & reno are from oakland, california, but a lot of their friends and family are from the midwest, so they decided to get married in madison, wisconsin.  we started with laura and reno at the arbor house bed and breakfast, where the insane amount of details started.  laura knitted the shawls that she presented to her bridesmaids (she finished the last one the night before).  she also knitted her handbag and put together all of her floral arrangements.  reno’s friends all donned shades of navy while he went for the cream linen suit.  their ties and pocket squares brought them all together.

  1. You guys are amazing! We had such a glorious day, and you were a big part of that. It’s not every photographer who will throw himself onto the hood of a car to prevent the groom from seeing the bride prematurely! Thank you so much! We will treasure these pictures forever.
