char & jeff

back to blogging. yay!

so char & jeff live near milwaukee, wisconsin. their wedding was in geneva, illinois. we’re based in rockford, illinois. and our first meeting was at the starbucks in beloit, wisconsin. i’m not sure how, but at the end of the day, we all managed to get back to the right cities. char & jeff were hoping for snow back in february for their wedding and snow they got. their wedding was a day or two after one of our big blizzards this year. his groomsmen were shoveling all morning to open up paths for guests to move around on. winter wonderland is what the herrington inn became for their wedding. the pump house at the herrington was magically changed from a magically ceremony venue to a beautiful reception hall in the matter of minutes. well, we think it was just minutes because we had the privilege of being outside in the snow following the ceremony spending time with char & jeff. they were troopers. it was snowy and chilly (you can tell by their wedding parties’ expressions). but we definitely managed to have fun in the sun… if you have been craving the changing of the seasons, just remember, the cold weather is right around the corner. enjoy.
