every few months, we host a shoot with white shutter photography photo contest with our facebook group. this month’s theme is BOKEH. for march/april, we had 14 images submitted and initial voting was on facebook. the contest is open to amateur and professional photographers. hopefully, everyone learned a bit while having fun shooting.
BOKEH is a photography technique where the main subject of the photo is in focus and the rest of the photo is blurry. the edge of the subject should be crisp and clean, showing a definite difference between the subject and background.
the top 5 images from the group are posted below. choose your favorite image and vote. all you have to do is click on your favorite image number in the poll. voting ends saturday night at 11:59 pm.
